My Usana vitamins test stack
Just a really quick update.
I am currently trialling the following stack since about 2014-09-03 to see the impacts

1) Usana Mulivitamins pack (x2 of each, 2-3x per day)
Usana is a big brand, and sell by a distributed model (ping me if you cant find one, and I can introduce you – I am not selling their products).
2) Formula1 and Cleanse and Tone
I have used this before, and done very well on a weight loss perspective.
The Formula1 is supposed to be a stimulant as well, and the net effect has been good I have noticed increased energy as well as more focus. Could be any of the stack being a good help.
3) Daily Carrot / Kale and Celery juice
It always makes a difference. I have also been adding about a teaspoon of mint flavoured chlorophyll as well.
4) Coffee – I have been making up a cup brew of plunger coffee, but drinking only about 1 inch of a cup per 2 hours or so, and getting through about 1 cup over a day (This is sort of like the microdosing which people have been trying – it is supposed to give a steady and slow stimulant release).
I have also from a flavor perspective been trying it with the vege juice.
5) 6 days of the week, walking around 30-40 mins.
6) I am also taking Vitamin C + Echinacea till I feel less sick.

In parallel to this, I had just gone through a separation from a long term relationship, and this seems to have eased back my stress levels, so I can see that both the reduction in the stress and the more repeated walking daily (and possibly these new supplements, all seem to be working for both mind as well as energy levels).
My current weight is 101kg, but my body fat percentage is pretty low (I have abs at the moment, and my muscles are all pretty firm).
My throat is still quite sore, and I have 2 filings I need to get sorted, which I suspect is inter-related. This seems to have been giving me a low level infection / feeling of sickness, so this may all be related.

The previous stack before this was
1) SuperPump Max ( was using the Grape flavor as it is my fav, also thought I noticed slightly more energy off it).
This has grown my muscularity quite a bit. I have added probably about 10kg of muscle, with mainly just running (eg no weights other than a small amount of kettle bells).
